If you cannot come to the appointment, please cancel with the practice assistants at least 24 hours in advance. There may be force majeure, please let us know as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, it still regularly happens that patients do not show up for their appointment without having canceled in advance or being late. We find this very annoying, because other patients sometimes have to wait and the ultrasound technician is there for nothing and must also be paid, which would not have been necessary if the cancellation had been made in time.

No-show policy

We are entitled to charge an expense allowance of 35 euros if you do not show up for your 20-minute appointment without canceling and there is no force majeure.
We are entitled to charge an expense allowance of 50 euros if you do not show up for your 40-minute appointment without canceling and there is no force majeure.
In case of cancellation of an already paid appointment via the online agenda (at least 24 hours in advance), we will refund the costs but we are forced to charge 5 euros administration costs.
